Cold Finish Hexagon is a general purpose low carbon steel with good case hardening qualities and is especially suited for cold forming and bending. Overall, cold finished steel hexagons tend to have higher tensile and yield strength, tighter size tolerances, and improved smoothness when compared to hot finished steel.
